CO-LAB is a full-service architecture and design-build studio based in Tulum, Mexico, founded in 2010 by Joana Gomes and Joshua Beck. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Yucatán, the studio creates sustainable, site-specific designs that connect people to nature through locally sourced materials, handcrafted finishes, and thoughtful integration of light and landscape.

Combining a design studio and workshop, CO-LAB prototypes furniture, objects, and finishes in close collaboration with artisans to ensure exceptional craftsmanship. Recognized by Architectural Digest, Elle, and Vogue, and twice named to the AD100 Latin America list, CO-LAB continues to push sustainable design that harmonizes architecture with its environment.
