Ann Demeulemeester is a Belgian designer who founded her eponymous fashion label in 1985 as part of the influential Antwerp Six. After stepping down from fashion in 2014, she has collaborated with Serax since 2019 to create furniture, lighting, and homeware collections with partner Patrick Robyn. Her work explores contrasts between strength and fragility, structure and nonchalance, celebrating a poetic, avant-garde aesthetic through materials like linen, oak, and Belgian-woven fabrics.
